Civil Ensigns

The Civil Ensigne adopt the colours and forms of the existing marine and aviation ensigns, merging them with the now proposed national flag, the Ponga.

The Ponga version introduces both the central silver fern within the Southern Cross and  the tricolour stripe on the bottom third part of the ensign. The red on the stripe is replaced by the blue, marking the civil use of these ensigns.

The upper two thirds are also replaced by the colours and pattern of the existing  ensigns.
